Access Employee Documents
If using DigiDocs, any scanned document can be attached to the Employee payroll account. See Process Employee Documents for more information.
Select to View the selected scanned document.
Select All Doc Types to view the list of all scanned documents for the employee.
Use the search button to view One Doc Type.
Sequence indicates the DigiDocs ID for the document.
Scanned provides the Date the document was scanned.
User- User ID of who scanned the document.
Any Description entered for the document is included.
Doc Type- The Document type
View the number of Pages of the scanned document.
